The cost may be different if you upload your own document or if an organization sends you a document. If an organization sent you the document(s), check with the person who sent it for cost information.

Here are example line items that may be included in your charges:

  • First notary seal
  • Additional notary seals
  • On-demand witness
  • Transaction fee (applicable to sign transactions only)

The dollar amount charged may vary depending on several factors.

______________________________________________________

When is payment collected

Payment is collected after the document has been signed and notarized by all necessary parties.

If you upload your own document(s), you'll verify your identity and meet with a notary. Once your documents are completed, you will be prompted for payment. Once payment is received, your completed documents will be available to you (to download or email to yourself or others).

If an organization sends you the document(s) , you may be prompted for payment after the document is complete, or the organization may pay for the notarization services directly.

_____________________________________________________

Transactions with more than one signer

Payment is not required for transactions with multiple signers until the transaction is complete and all signers have signed as required.

If multiple signers are required on a transaction, the platform prompts the last signer to pay for all required fees as soon as the documents are completed. Once the fees are paid, the documents are available to all parties.

If two or more notary meetings occur for the same transaction, the first signer to join the final meeting is prompted to pay for all transactions.
